This magnum of Crozes Hermitage 2020 from the Les 4 Vents estate is a wine made from 100% Syrah grapes, a little gem at a very high level within its appellation. A delicious, juicy and finely spiced wine. The aromas of smoked bacon, cherries, Herbes de Provence (thyme), and tobacco blend wonderfully. The tannins are smooth and the acidity is perfectly preserved, making the Crozes Hermitage 2020 from the Les 4 Vents estate a wine that respects both its terroir and its grape variety, while bringing a lot of freshness and few additives!
